FAQs
Do I need to see my physician before scheduling therapy?
No. In the Florida we have 30 days of Direct Access Care. That means that any treatment within a 30 day window for a single condition, does not require a referral or prescription.
As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Dr. Caton is able to determine if the cause of your condition is within his scope of practice or if you should seek further medical testing.
Do you take insurance?
We do not directly accept insurance, but our services are eligible for reimbursement, often up to 80%, through several insurance providers. Upon request, we can provide a superbill which you can submit for reimbursement. The exact amount is dependent on your individual policyand provider.
Do You Take FSA and HSA?
Yes. As a healthcare provider, we are able to accept FSA & HSA.
Do You Offer Visit Packages?
Yes. Should you require follow-up visits, the cost per hour is discounted based on the number of visits purchased as a package. Specific rates can be provided during the discovery call, but no recommendation can be made prior to evaluation. Package recommendations are based on the findings of your first visit and how many sessions would be necessary to see-you-through to achieving your end goal.
Where is therapy provided?
Currently therapy is provided in-home at your desired location within the Babcock Ranch community and surrounding area. In the future Dr. Caton plans to open a clinic and expand his area of operation
